This Refund Policy explains when and how payments are returned. It is part of the Terms of Service.
1. Buying keys
- Keys not delivered because of us. If your payment was received in full and on time but we cannot deliver the keys (for example, we are out of keys and you do not want to wait), you get a full refund of the amount received, with no deductions.
- Paid less, or after the payment window closed. The order is completed with as many keys as the amount received covers at the key price at the time the payment arrived. The remainder that is less than the price of one key is refunded under section 4. If you prefer a refund instead of keys, tell support before the keys are sent; the refund is then made under section 4.
- Paid more. The order is completed and the extra amount is refunded under section 4.
- Wrong coin or network. Such a payment does not reach us in a usable form. If it cannot be recovered, nothing is owed. If it can be recovered, any recovery costs (for example, network fees or a conversion) are deducted and the rest is refunded under section 4.
- Steam does not allow the trade because of your account (for example, a trade hold, a trade ban or a wrong trade URL). We wait for you to fix it, or refund the payment under section 4 at your request.
2. After the keys are delivered
Once you have accepted the trade offer and the keys are in your Steam inventory, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded. The price of keys depends on market fluctuations outside our control, and delivery starts immediately at your request; therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to completed purchases, as permitted by EU consumer law. This does not affect your rights if the keys were not delivered as described.
3. Selling keys
- Once the payout has been sent, it is final: blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.
- The payout is sent to the wallet address, coin and network you entered. We are not responsible for a payout sent to an address you entered by mistake, or to an address that cannot receive the chosen coin or network, and such a payout is not repeated or refunded.
- If we have received your keys but cannot send the payout within a reasonable time, we will either complete the payout or, at your choice, return the keys to you through a Steam trade offer.
4. How refunds are made
- Refunds are made in the same coin and on the same network as the payment, to an address you confirm in writing.
- When a refund is caused by your mistake or made at your request (all cases in section 1 except “Keys not delivered because of us”), a handling fee of 5% of the refunded amount and the network fee of the refund transfer are deducted.
- If the amount left after these deductions is less than $1, it is not refunded, because the cost of the transfer would exceed it.
- When the refund is caused by us, nothing is deducted.
- Write to [email protected] or to the support bot with your order number and a link to the transfer. We reply within 3 business days and usually send the refund within 7 days after the details are confirmed.
